What material are Dwarven Forge products made of?
Most of our current products are cast in Dwarvenite®, a proprietary thermal plastic that is nearly indestructible, captures incredible detail, and is heavy enough to stay in place on your gaming table.
How long does shipping typically take?
In-stock items generally ship within 3-5 business days. Domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping varies by destination and customs processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT fees imposed by their local government upon arrival.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping items back to us.
Are the pieces pre-painted or unpainted?
We offer both! You can choose 'Fully Painted' sets for immediate use out of the box, or 'Unpainted' sets if you prefer to customize your terrain with your own paint schemes.
