At Dwarven Forge, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our modular terrain and miniatures. If you are not completely satisfied with your quest-ready gear, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Loot
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all foam inserts and accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master smiths inspect the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
